Are all of your stores open?

Nearly all of our stores are open at this time and we encourage you to visit our Store Locator to check hours and nearby locations.

What are you doing to keep your stores clean?

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are continuing to follow the guidance of local governments, Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. This includes additional procedures to clean and disinfect surfaces within our stores and throughout our delivery process.

In most locations, appointments are also available for those who prefer a private shopping experience. View our Private Appointments page to find availability near you.

Is La-Z-boy.com available for orders?

Yes, la-z-boy.com is a great option to find inspiration, research products, and order your furniture. On the product pages, you even have the option to view items virtually in your space with our augmented reality (AR) app. Click here for step-by-step details.

And there’s more! In many locations, we also offer virtual interior design services to help you design and transform your space from the comfort of your own home. Are you still delivering orders?

Yes! Our warehouse and delivery services are in full operation and we’re working hard to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible while observing enhanced health protocols to help keep you and our team members safe.

Should I expect a delay in my order?

Many of our products can be ready for you to enjoy in a matter of days. In other cases, we will custom build your new product and have it to your home in approximately 5-9 months.

Are you taking extra precautions when providing in-home delivery?

Our delivery drivers are continuing to take additional measures to keep everyone safe. We are following guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces you may come into contact with during the delivery process.

Our white-glove delivery includes setup of your new furniture inside your home, an overview of your new product and removal of any packaging. We understand that you may still have concerns about having us in your home at the present time. Therefore, where possible, we will try and accommodate requests such as keeping our distance while in your home, wearing protective masks, or delivering to your doorstep or an alternative location, such as a garage.

I love La-Z-boy, but I’d really like to wait and have my order delivered at a later date.

No problem, we get it. We want you to feel safe, healthy and comfortable with your new La-Z-boy product. If you would like to have us deliver at a later date, we are happy to reschedule for you. Just give us a call and we will find a date and time that you are comfortable with.

Are Interior Designers still available to transform my room from drab to fab?

Yes! Our designers are available to provide you with advice, ideas, and recommendations. Where possible, our Interior Designers are able to offer in-home design consultations. In most locations, we are also offering virtual design services.
